Intense Training

1 on 1
personal training

Initial Consultation to discuss goals, health concerns, measurements and time lines. 

Monthly weigh ins and reviews.

45 min 1 on 1 Personal training session, specific to your goals and abilities.

Workout program to do on your own time. I always provide clients with homework, so they can practice what they learnt as well ensure they are still staying active on our off days.

$60  for 1 x 45min session

$140 for 3 x 45min session 

Online coaching

Initial Consultation to discuss goals, health concerns, measurements and time lines. 

Weekly check ins and re-assessment of workouts if we are not hitting targets

Exclusive use of fitness App that can record your workouts, nutrition, progress photos and weigh ins.

I provide you with tailored workouts based on your experience and goals.

Workouts will also be based on what equipment you have at your disposal. Whether you have access to a full gym, a couple of kettle bells or just nothing at all.

$200 for 30 days

These sessions are loads of fun. 

Whether you and your friends want to start your fitness journey together or you all need to get ready for the same event. This is for you!

All the workouts will still be  achievable and challenging  for each individual with varying fitness needs or experience. But with the added benefit  of friendly competition and moral support.
